About me
I am a passionate entrepreneur, investor, and leader with a track record of turning innovative ideas into successful ventures. Over the years, I’ve cultivated expertise in real estate development, creative financing, business strategy, and team-building. My journey has been shaped by a relentless drive to empower others, whether through spearheading impactful community projects or mentoring future leaders. I am a licensed real estate broker in both Illinois and Florida.

- Real Estate and Investment: From brokering and investing in residential properties to developing unique real estate projects, I thrive on crafting creative deals that maximize value while minimizing outlay. I’ve successfully closed deals ranging from single condos, houses, duplexes, and apartment complexes for my clients. I am not just an agent that simply "knows about these things", I invest in them too; I have owned all of these asset classes. Furthermore I have closed larger commercial deals; including a 180-acre golf course (inclusive of golf course / food / beverage / gaming licensure) and a 40,000 square foot Grow facility on 11 acres. All of these closings took place in 2023-2024.

With over two decades of experience in logistics, planning, and management, I’ve guided diverse teams toward shared success.
